Our 1st location was in the heart of Brooklyn in the vibrant neighborhood - Ditmas Park in 2014 . Now we have moved to a more accessible location in Manhattan, NY. Our Second location opened in 2022 is in Mumbai, India. Our Third location is in Tulum, Mexico. We are offering Holistic Lifestyle Support Services. People of every age will find activities to learn and enjoy making their life healthier, happier & abundant. Our space has a warm soft ambiance to de-stress, encourage creativity and empower your individuality.

Our Grand Master-Teacher, Alaknanda Nabar, is a holder of an Ancient Lineage with over 25 years of experience in tools & techniques of healing the Body, Mind and Spirit. She is a Certified Timeline Healing Teacher, Certified Health Coach, Usui & Karuna Grand Master-Teacher, Essential Oils and Holistic Lifestyle Expert implementing all her knowledge into a daily routine for holistic lifestyle with her Husband, 3 children and her Spiritual Family of students. She travels to Energy & Power Vortexes around the world hosting Energy Retreats.
